Shipping Options

We provide a Next Working Day** shipping option as standard. This service guarantees a next day delivery following the day of production and allows you to track your parcel throught its journey. 

**Excludes the Scottish Highlands, where a two working day delivery is available. This will be confirmed at checkout.   

Returns and Cancellations

Please note that once your order has been processed, that key(s) can not be returned for refund.

In the unlikely event that you find that they key ordered is faulty, then please return the key to the address shown below, enclosing a copy of your invoice. We will refund to you the original carriage charged, and return a replacement without further charge.
